Party Like it’s 1999….okay maybe 2008?

Everyone remembers the tune by Prince…Party Like’s it’s 1999….I can’t believe 1999 was almost 10 years ago!

Not sure if you have plans for New Year’s Eve. My plans are always pretty simple. Hang out with friends at someone’s home. We aren’t really big on going out for a big event and dealing with traffic, crazy lines, increases prices, and of course drunk people. I’d rather be drunk at my house…at least I know the bathroom is clean!

Anyway, if you have no plans…how about sitting at home watching the various celebrations on NBC OR sit back and watch some tunes on Music.MyNC.com. It’s the newest local music trend in the Triangle! From Chatham County Line, Ben Folds Five, to the Smithereens…..if they have a local tie…we have it. If not, recommend something or even better….if you know a local band that would be a good fit….shoot us a note!
